Is all of your jewellery silver?

Yes! All of our jewellery on this website is 925 sterling silver. Some items that have detail in a different colour have a small amount of another metal, but this will be specified in the description.

 

On our market stalls, we sell some costume jewellery too.

What is your delivery policy?

Your jewellery will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class, and postage and packaging is £3.50 on all orders. Your order will be dispatched in 3-5 working days.

There is a specific type of pendant/chain/pair of earrings that I want that you don't stock, could you get them for me?

In some cases, yes! If there is something in particular that you are after, please send us a message via the Contact page and we will get back to you within 2 working days.

I saw something on your stall but it's not on your website...

Please use the Contact page to send us a message including a description of the item you are looking to purchase. We will get back to you within 2 working days.

What is your returns policy?

 

Returns will be accepted on most non-personalised jewellery. A refund will be processed once the return has been received. Please note that you will be responsible for the item until it arrives back with us, so we advise using a signed for/tracked service. We do not cover postage costs unless the item is faulty. Please get in touch for more information.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Any personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
